The NSW Government is currently asking communities across the North Coast what transport, safety & infrastructure problems matter most.
This is one of the biggest opportunities Suffolk Park has had in years to influence future planning, funding & infrastructure priorities.
We are aiming for at least 100 community pin drops identifying the issues affecting Suffolk Park.
Every single pin helps build visible evidence showing decision-makers where problems exist & why our community needs action.

- “Traffic congestion regularly blocks movement.”
- “Emergency access concerns during peak periods.”
- “No safe active transport connection.”

The Mayor’s Office described the consultation as:
“a great opportunity for Councils, organisations and individuals to submit their feedback to Transport for NSW.”
The Mayor’s Office also noted:
“the more pins that can be dropped on areas of input throughout the region would be fantastic.”
Byron Shire Councillor David Warth also acknowledged the need for long-term planning, stating:
“the transport plan should be comprehensive and meet real world conditions rather than patch work reactive measures.”
